THE EIGHTFOLDS' THROUGHLINE PROGRAM

You build your brand
We run your commerce.

Throughline runs your commerce on a build, operate, transfer model, a first for brand commerce in India. This page is the whole program, in the open. Read it, then see if your brand qualifies.

THE PROGRAM

How build, operate, transfer actually works

BOT has built highways, factories and offshore tech teams for decades. The structure is proven. The new part is the asset, your commerce operation.

01
Build

We start with your P&L, not a pitch deck

The first weeks rebuild the machinery. Your storefront tuned or rebuilt by our in-house team. Listings rewritten channel by channel. Pricing set against your margins. Reporting live from week one, so you watch the build happen instead of waiting for a reveal.

02
Operate · Ongoing

One team answerable for the selling

Weekly operations. Monthly P&L reviews with you at the table. Growth spend that compounds instead of burning. Pricing that protects margin. New channels opened when the numbers say so. You stay on product, brand and community, we stay answerable for the commerce.

03
Transfer · When you're ready

The program is designed to make itself unnecessary

When you want commerce in-house, we hand over the machine. Playbooks, dashboards, SOPs, channel accounts and a structured handover that trains your team on the way out. Transfer terms are written into your agreement on day one, so the exit is never a negotiation.

THE PROGRAM

How a month inside the program runs

Every day
Channels watched, issues owned

Listings, stock, ads and orders monitored daily. Problems get an owner the day they appear, not at the next review.

Every week
One ops review, one report

A working session on what moved and what’s next, and a single report built around revenue, margin and stock. No vanity dashboards.

Every month
P&L review, founder at the table

The full picture. Contribution by channel, pricing calls, spend decisions, and what we’re doing differently next month. You see what we see.

Every quarter
Strategy reset

Channel expansion calls, category bets and the transfer-readiness check. The quarter’s plan gets rewritten by the numbers, not rolled over by habit.

HOW WE CHARGE

We grow when you grow

The structure is simple and set per brand at qualification. No rate card lives on this website, because serious structures are built against your P&L, not a pricing table. What we can tell you upfront is the shape.

An operating fee

Covers your dedicated team and the machinery. Predictable, agreed monthly, no hidden line items.

A share of growth

Earned against an agreed baseline. Our upside comes from your growth, so our incentives point the same way yours do.

Never inventory

We don’t buy your stock and we never will. Your inventory, your books, your control, at every stage of the program.

WHAT STAYS YOURS

Ownership never moves

Your customer data

Your storefront and its code

Your channel accounts

Your brand and IP

Written into the agreement, not implied. If we part ways at any point, everything above transfers back in a structured handover that’s designed on day one. The exit is part of the product.

THE PROGRAM

Built for brands at a particular stage

THE PROGRAM FITS IF
  • You’re in bags and accessories, apparel, health and wellness, or lifestyle
  • You’re live on two or more channels already
  • Annual revenue between [X] and [Y]
  • Margins that can fund growth
  • A founder genuinely ready to hand over operations
IT DOESN'T FIT IF
  • You’re pre-revenue or pre-product
  • You’re a single SKU catalogue
  • Unit economics are negative and unfunded
  • You want a vendor to instruct, not a team to trust
THE PROGRAM

Asked before every first call

Never. We run the selling, your stock stays on your books and in your control. That’s true on day one and at every stage of the program.

No. Identity, creative, positioning and community stay with you. We plug the machinery into what you make. The split is the whole point of the program.

An operating fee plus a share of growth, structured per brand at qualification. On the first call we’ll show you the exact math against your own P&L, not a generic pricing table.

The build phase needs a minimum term of [X] to be honest work. Exit and transfer terms are written into the agreement on day one, so you always know the way out.

Playbooks, dashboards, SOPs, channel accounts and a structured handover that trains your in-house team. The program is designed to make itself unnecessary, and the transfer terms are agreed before we start, not negotiated at the end.

We review the P&L together every month, so nothing hides. If the numbers say stop, we’ll say it first, and the handover plan already exists in your agreement.

See if your brand qualifies

We take on a limited number of brands each quarter, and every application is reviewed by the founding team. If your brand isn’t ready, we’ll say so and tell you what to fix first. If it is, the first conversation will be about your P&L, not our pitch.
